All items come with free shipping within the United States on our website   but excluding the following areas: ZIP code prefixes: 006-009, 967-969, 995-999. We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses or Amazon warehouse addresses. (006-009: Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands; 967-969: Hawaii, Guam; 995-999: Alaska). Actual service availability is subject to the ability of the courier company to print shipping labels.

For detailed delivery time information, please refer to the product details. The delivery times are estimated and do not include the production and verification stages. Please carefully verify your shipping address when placing an order, this is very important for delivering the goods accurately to your doorstep! If any incorrect information provided results in the loss or return of the item to us, the customer is responsible for all of the cost of reshipping and reproducing/repainting. However, delays may occur, especially during the holiday season or due to weather conditions, which may result in longer delivery times.


Return & Cancellation:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. In case of a cancellation before shipment, there will be a 50% charge, cancellation requests will not be accepted after shipment. As our artists often start customizing your artwork immediately after you place your order. If your product is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong product, please take photos of the damaged areas or the wrong product within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will replace it with a new one.
